So I've scoured this page an the net and I can't seem to find it. I've beaten the game, I'm only really missing Sanctum Guard. How do you acquire this card?

I did a little digging myself, and found that the FAQ has the answer. Scroll down to [Battle 13] (about halfway down the page), last paragraph:
Result of Victory: Ryvern runs away (again), and Whirlwind opens the way to the next area. If you decide to return Whirlwind will challenge you again, only this time Leo will join in the fun. If you win this rematch you'll get the Extra Sanctum Guard card!

OK, the Unlocking E Cards guide for Culdcept PS2/DC is now upgraded and expanded to include all of the E cards in the game and to match the Culdcept Saga guide's format. Enjoy! :)

That is awesome. That will help out the small group I have that plays on the PS2. Now we just have to hope the 3DS version gets a US release.
