Upon further tests with this card I find this card actually works regardless of the lands or special land squares (shirnes, temples fort your opponents are on relative to the user's. Upon testing my Aports 0 and Pastow Port decks every single time I used the spell all the opponents teleported to me no matter if they were on the same land, special land square, or not. I think the text of the spell is more accurately defined as....
