Hey everybody! Long time no posting by me. I'm back in the realms of Culdcept, though! I also have a wee question while I'm at it... Thanks to the handy guide posted on this site, I see a huge list of avatars available for Culdcept 3DS. My question is about how might one change one's avatar. I cannot seem to find an option to do so. I also notice that one's username is locked as well. It appears as if one's name can never be changed due to the issue of keeping one's online identity intact. Seems like one should be able to change avatars, though, especially as most aren't available at the beginning.

Welcome back! I bet akwan_tarot knows - he's been playing 3DS quite a bit. (Wish I was!)

You can change your avatar only after you clear the main story. I guess this limitation is to maintain the 'continuity' of the story. In one stage, whether your avatar is male or female affects which character you get as your ally, though it's a small thing.

You cannot change your username ever once you go online (unless you delete your save file together with all your cards).

Thanks! I do notice that things seem to unlock as one progresses!
