gg last night Dirk. Even after the rough start and it looked like I was just going to easily waltz to victory you crawled your way back and made the game into a nail biter. You were just a few turns away from taking that lvl 5 land and turning things around completely. Can't wait to play some ladder matches with you you're always a fun challenging opponent.

Thanks. I feel like I've gotten a little sloppier than I was when I played Culdcept Saga more than once a week or so, but hopefully I'll snap out of it. I've been enjoying sealed play in Magic 2014 on the PC, lately.

Hey all, I just got home from a LONG two day road trip about an hour ago. djd, I appreciate your concession, but from what I've been told by you both, Marsupial won the game prior to the disconnect. Disconnects and long hang-ups are common when WoR is used to win the game. I've seen it many times. Regardless, I am glad you were both civil and VERY descriptive in your xbox live messages to me. That is the correct way to handle any sort of dispute in a Saga Tournament that is run here on this site.

djd51 and I played our match on Provedin tonight and I took the win. We had a couple of disconnects, but managed to get it done on the third try. Thanks for the match djd51, sorry it didn't work out for you.

EQ and I played our match Thursday on Frontline Base. It was a long drawn out match -- about an hour and a half long -- where neither of us could do much as we both played restrictive decks and ended up prolonging the game. It came down to the final lap where EQ made a push by going straight to the castle instead of hitting the tower, leveling up a land but it left him just short and I skipped into the win.

Derceto7 and I played our match on Colosseum III tonight and I managed to take a very lucky win. We had very different strategies, but the entire match came down to 1 turn when he invaded a level 5 land of mine. I survived with exactly ONE HP remaining. Incredible. Very good game, Derceto7!

marsupial311 and I played our match on Kaningun tonight. I took a big lead early, but it was just a matter of time before he caught me and won, and he did. Good game!

After the match, I realized that my deck was probably heavily favored but while we were playing, it seemed like I was never gonna catch up to you. I knew you weren't going to make mistakes to make it easier on me and it took a bit of luck to win the game. Good game Andy!

I completed zero laps and got destroyed in the finals against Maxx. Congrats on the victory... the feeling of happiness I felt when the game finally ended was a billions times greater than the joy of any victory...

Though I did take great pleasure in delaying the inevitable for a few turns..

I had great respect for your deck. I had to hold you down on two fronts - your lapping and your creatures. If I had let you up for air, I'd be gasping for breath within a turn or two. Amazing deck, and good run this tourney. Good game, and I look forward to our next match.
