Was feeling nostalgic so I blew through Story Mode again and had a hilarious moment. Fighting Sappphius at Altar of Blessing using a symbol deck. Bought tons of yellow symbols for the castle area, cast Aurora 4x and planted a Pegasus leveled up to 5. Sapphi has creatures all over the map but I've been looping the castle with Fortress, Triumph and well placed movement spells. Time for the Coup de grace...a second Pegasus forming a 2 chain and launching my G into the Stratosphere. I plant Peggy 2 on a blue space next to the castle intending to turn it yellow and level it. Whoops, I leveled it first. No biggy, I got the G to spare for the higher cost change. Sapphi comes along and lands on it. Wind Shield and scroll immunity means Sapphi has to hit the ATM. What's his next move? He casts Word of Recall...on ME! I get zapped to the castle a few grand short, not that it matters since it isn't my turn. But the card also makes him lose HIS turn, racking up a second 1200G toll. I stroll past him turning Peggy 2's ocean into a desert and am ready for the win. How to get back to the castle since I just passed it? Use Theft to steal his other Word of Recall. Poor guy.
