This is exactly what you think it is.
This is my attempt at a Flame Weevil Deck.

3 Amber Mosquitoes
3 Giant Crawlers
3 Giant Spiders

4 Flame Weevil

2 Beelzebubs
2 Mothmen
2 Myrmecoleo
(19 creatures)

1 Angelcape
1 Counter Amulet
2 Gremlin Amulets
1 Lance of Odin
2 Tribal Armors
(7 items)

2 Hastes
2 Holyword Xs
2 Insect Swarms
2 Locusts
4 Mannas
2 Mutations
2 Raise Deads
2 Reforms
2 Reincarnations
2 Revivals
2 Wind of Hopes
(24 spells)

This is more a fun dead that is a super effective kill deck. Everything in here is some form of arthropod. That is the idea. The main creature theme are the Flame Weevils, but there is a slight neutral Mothman theme as well. I figured if I put all my eggs in one basket, then all it takes is once tempest to kill me. I considered phantasms, but I was unsure of that idea since it would be hard to cover every flame Weevil or enough of them to make it worth it. It is one of the changes I was considering.

Feel free to give any comments and pointers to make this deck either better or truer to its name.

Weevils are fun, but with no way to spawn them other than recycling your deck ASAP, it's hard to get more than 4 of the things on the map in a match. I like how your deck handles this problem. I've added it to the Player Decks section too. Thanks for sharing it!

Weevils can definitely be pretty good. The lack of the Queen is big, but double the boost with Tribal Armor makes up for it a good amount. My only huge issue is that there are less ways to protect those littler buggers once they are out. I feel that giving them extra hit points on the field and protecting them early in the game is a lot more important. I do see people that just throw a Tempest in their deck as a way to deal with Weevils and Powder Eaters. It seems so situational, but when it comes into play, it is crippling.
