Mycoron (S)(Plant)
ST:10 HP:30 MHP:30 G:30
Item Limit: Weapons Scrolls
Regenerates / On successful enemy attack, adds a Mycoron to a random vacant land

I was playing a match last night and attacked a Hellhound while using a Petrify Stone to duplicate Mycoron onto a vacant land. Instead of duplicating, a message popped up that said "Mycoron could not return to hand and was destroyed" and the original Mycoron was placed back on its original land.

Now, this is bizarre for two reasons...

1) The behavior doesn't match the card text.

2) My hand wasn't full. I had used an item in battle and had 5 cards in hand.

My thought on why this happened is that the random vacant land must be a random vacant blue land (which would make sense, as there were no vacant blue lands at the time). Also, if there isn't a vacant blue land on the map, the duplicated Mycoron is probably destroyed regardless of hand size.

Can anyone confirm/refute this? Thanks! :geek:

Andyman - yes I had the same problem. The way I read the text, if Mycoron dies from a battle, it should pop up to a random land.

Twice I had a Mycoron killed in battle, and both times there were open blue lands, yet no new mushrooms sprung up anywhere. For those that don't know - a Mycoron looks like a mushroom.

There must be an error in the translated text. Someday I'll set up a deck and throw some Mycorons in along with some defensive and offensive items and test out the possibilities.
