Home Map: Cratos I

The Powtastrophe deck revolves around the fact that Powder Eater cannot be killed by two Catastrophes unless damaged because its health is at an odd number even when enhanced and the damage is rounded down. So, this deck is all about making sure you beef up your Powder Eaters to at least 61MHP, use Spirit Walk to move copies of the beefed-up Powder Eater next to juicy leveled-up territory, use Catastrophe to exterminate all other creatures, and then finally cast Life Stream to restore your Powder Eaters' health. If the opponent(s) is/are leveling up territories, then this deck will be their bane as you destroy their creatures and take them for your own using Land Transfer on some and protecting others. In order to deal with Mass Phantasm, I added Desert Storm and to deal with Mass Growth I added Mass Growth (so they can't avoid Catastrophe by having odd number MHP).

The four weaknesses this deck has are: 1) going up against Mass Damage Decks, 2) Ivory Idol and Cray Idol, 3) its inability to get rid of troublesome spells that the opponent has in his or her hand, and 4) another Powder Eater deck.
